This Refund and Return Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when making purchases from our website.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging, labels, and accessories.
  • T-shirts must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Jewelry must not show any signs of wear or modification.

Important: Due to hygiene and personalization reasons, customized items (name/text engraving, custom color or design, made-to-order jewelry, or printed apparel) are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or delivery error.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Customized or engraved products.
  • Free gifts, bonus items, or promotional offers.
  • Clearance or discounted products.
  • Digital or downloadable design previews (if applicable).

3. Return Procedure

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@aqualitymart.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order ID, photos/videos of the product, and a short description of the issue.
  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return shipping address and instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


4. Refunds

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees, customs duties, and transaction charges are non-refundable.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or incorrect.
For T-shirt size exchanges, the buyer is responsible for both return and re-shipping costs.

6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:

  • Photos/videos showing the damage or issue
  • Packaging images and shipping label

We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered production or shipping.
Customized products cannot be cancelled once the personalization process has started.
